A Ravenna man, listed as 25-years-old in court documents, has been arraigned on three charges in the Buffalo County Court.
Cesar Arreola was arrested on May 8, 2021, and later charged with First Degree Sexual Assault (Class II Felony), Solicitation of Prostitution (Class I Misdemeanor), and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (Class I Misdemeanor).
Court records go on to state that these crimes allegedly happened between March 1, 2021, and May 8, 2021. The victim was a fifteen-year-old female.
